The Municipality of Thessaloniki offers for use its website (discover.thessaloniki.gr) and its related websites, under the following terms of use, which visitors/users are invited to study carefully and to visit/use the websites/applications only if they fully accept them. The visit and use of this website implies the unconditional and express acceptance of these terms.

Consequently, none of them may be modified, sold or exploited in any way, in whole or in part. Except in the case of the individual storage of a single copy of part of the content on a simple personal computer, for personal and not public use, always provided that the source of the content is indicated and that the relevant intellectual property rights are not in any way affected. Visitors/users understand and accept that they are not granted the right to modify, sell, resell and/or exploit in any way all or part of the content of the portal.

- The application is in pilot mode and problems may occur during its use.
- Requests, complaints and suggestions should be related to the specific categories of the request entry form.
- The service is not suitable for any kind of communication with the Municipality of Thessaloniki. For emergencies or for any issue you consider, that you need to have an official answer please use directly the protocol of the
- Municipality or the telephone numbers of its services.
- You may not post or attach any material that is untrue, defamatory, inaccurate, offensive, abusive, threatening, vulgar, obscene, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexist, racist, invasive of a person’s privacy, intended for adults only, or otherwise in violation of any international laws, rules and regulations. In addition, standard references or advertisements will not be permitted.
- The administrators of the service are unable to guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information published. The entries are the personal opinions and experiences of their authors, and not necessarily the opinions and/or experiences of the administrators of the service or the Municipality of Thessaloniki.
- Any user/visitor who believes that a published request, complaint or suggestion is inappropriate is encouraged to notify the service administrators directly via the contact form. The administrators and the Municipality of Thessaloniki reserve the right to delete inappropriate content within a reasonable period of time, should they determine that deletion is necessary. However, the Municipality of Thessaloniki may proceed immediately and without any prior notice, and without the obligation to give reasons, to delete any request that it considers that it does not comply with the terms and conditions of the website, especially if it is abusive, ironic, aims to belittle or insult a third person or our website, and in general if it is considered to be outside the ethical framework, objectives and services of the website.
- The user has the option of attaching a photo to each entry. By selecting and uploading the photo, the user accepts the use of a Creative Commons license which allows the free distribution of the photo, provided that credit is given to the author, for non-commercial use, and with a prohibition of alteration or modification of the work. The competent courts for any disputes arising from this contract shall be the Courts of Thessaloniki.
